Racial Reckoning

Like most of America, Boston must engage in serious racial reckoning. Income inequality, health disparities and neighborhood segregation remains a part of Boston’s legacy. Our “Change the Name” efforts have consistently been connected to fostering a true and sustained racial repair racial reconciliation movement in Boston and beyond.

We continue to urge city residents and Boston’s elected leadership to recognize the effort of ridding the city of anti-Black of symbols such as Faneuil Hall.  This is a tangible way of fostering healing in a racially polarized city such as Boston.
